Delete your AITourPilot account.
If you no longer want to use AITourPilot, you can request deletion of your account and associated data in one of two ways.

Delete from within the app
- Open the AITourPilot app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to privacy@aitourpilot.com, with the subject Account Deletion Request, and include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Permanently removed.
- Your account email and display name
- All conversation transcripts and summaries
- Conversation memory snapshots used for context recall
- All museum visit history linked to your account
For legal and operational reasons.
Anonymized audit logs
Required for security and fraud prevention. These logs contain no personal identifiers and are kept for up to 12 months.
Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics
Used for product improvement. These contain no information linkable to you.
Financial records
If you made any purchases, transaction records are retained as required by Danish accounting law (5 years).

Slet din AITourPilot-konto.

Slet inde i appen
- Åbn AITourPilot-appen.
- Tryk på dit profilikon i øverste højre hjørne.
- Gå til Indstillinger > Konto.
- Tryk på Slet konto.
- Bekræft sletningen, når du bliver bedt om det.
Din konto bliver slettet permanent inden for 30 dage.
Anmod om sletning pr. e-mail
Hvis du ikke kan komme ind i appen, kan du sende en anmodning om sletning til privacy@aitourpilot.com med emnet Account Deletion Request og oplyse den e-mailadresse, der er knyttet til din konto.
Vi behandler din anmodning og bekræfter sletningen inden for 30 dage.
Fjernes permanent.
- Din kontos e-mailadresse og visningsnavn
- Alle samtaletransskripter og resuméer
- Hukommelsesøjebliksbilleder, der bruges til at genkalde sammenhæng
- Al besøgshistorik for museer, der er knyttet til din konto
Af juridiske og driftsmæssige grunde.
Anonymiserede revisionslogfiler
Påkrævet af hensyn til sikkerhed og forebyggelse af misbrug. Logfilerne indeholder ingen personhenførbare identifikatorer og opbevares i op til 12 måneder.
Aggregeret, anonym brugsstatistik
Bruges til produktforbedring. Den indeholder ingen oplysninger, der kan knyttes til dig.
Regnskabsmateriale
Hvis du har foretaget køb, opbevares transaktionsoplysninger som krævet efter dansk bogføringslovgivning (5 år).
