Delete Your AITourPilot Account

If you no longer want to use AITourPilot, you can request deletion of your account and associated data through one of two methods:

Option 1: Delete from within the app (recommended)

1. Open the AITourPilot app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
3. Go to Settings > Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

The following data is permanently removed:

• Your account email and display name
• All conversation transcripts and summaries
• Conversation memory snapshots used for context recall
• All museum visit history linked to your account

What Data Is Retained

For legal and operational reasons, the following data is retained:

• Anonymized audit logs: Required for security and fraud prevention. These logs contain no personal identifiers and are kept for up to 12 months.
• Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics: Used for product improvement. These contain no information linkable to you.
• Financial records: If you made any purchases, transaction records are retained as required by Danish accounting law (5 years).
